Our story

We started Team Hydra Shop to remove the friction we experienced integrating payments for our own projects: scattered docs, unclear webhooks, and poor reconciliation. We built a UPI-first stack with strong developer ergonomics and transparent ops.

Phase 1: UPI Intent & QR, sandbox mode, webhook signatures.
Phase 2: Merchant dashboard, exports, refunds (where supported).
Phase 3: Payouts and advanced reporting (coming soon).
